9 STEP STEAM CARPET CLEANING PROCESS

Step 2: Pre-Inspection

A walk though inspection is performed to evaluate the condition of the carpets. Permanent stains, pet odors/urine will be identified as well as any other areas of concern and may vary pricing.

Step 3: Vacuum

Removing the dry soil first is one of the most important steps in cleaning, even though a lot of carpet cleaners skip this process. Carpets are pre vacuumed prior to cleaning!

Step 4: Carpet/Upholstery Shampoo

Carpets and Upholstery are pre sprayed and allowed proper dwell time in order to break down soil before extraction. We have various types of Non Toxic, Hypoallergenic cleaning products available. We also have Fragrance free product available as well if our customers are sensitive to odors.

Step 5: Steam Extraction

Steam Cleaning (hot water extraction) is used to remove the dirt and debris that get trapped in the carpets fibers and upholstery fabric. We use a fiber rinse that gives your carpets a softer cleaner feel after they dry. Fiber rinse treatment is included in all the cleanings.

Step 6: Deodorize

Deodorizer is included with all cleaning services. We use a non-toxic baking soda based deodorizer.

Step 7: Grooming

Carpets are groomed after cleaning to break up fibers and help aid in quicker dry times.

Step 8: (Optional) SpotGard Fabric Protection

Sprayed on the surface of the carpet. SpotGaurd beads up and causes surface tension that reduces soiling and makes your carpets stay cleaner longer.

Step 9: Post Inspection and Payment

A post-inspection is performed to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our services. Payments can be made through check, cash apps such as zelle and venmo or cash.
